You're exactly right! PeterS and other libs like to cast any attempt to restrict books into the category of "Book Banning," an area they usually reserve for materials that go against the "Woke" mentality or any opinion that is not congruent with their beliefs, hence "Cancel Culture," as we have come to recognize it. The refusal to protect children from discussion of subjects they aren't mature enough to handle has degenerated into teaching it to them without the knowledge of their parents, another practice which has been belatedly discovered and attacked by parents, with school boards being the usual attackees. When are we going to be more diligent of what our kids are being taught and who the culprits are. The most important thing, as I see it, is how have the culprits acquired this perversion. Could it be that what they have been taught in college has had something to do with it?
