Prior to 630AD, the was no Islam, and prior to 1921 there was no group of Muslims called "Palestinians".
Moreover, there are no Jewish settlements in Gaza or the West Bank.
In 2005, after contentious political maneuverings and protests, 21 Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip and 4 in the West Bank were unilaterally dismantled and Israeli settlers and the IDF were evacuated.
