Mr Abbott already has my respect simply because of how bravely he has overcome his handicap.
It's the result of a terrible accident when he was only 26 years old.
He rose above it and eventuaklly became the highly effective governor we have today.
He has been waging a nonstop war against Stupid Joe Biden’s open border policies and he has been a champion of everything from lowering property taxes to improving our education system.
But today he signed in to law a bill that prohibits v*****e mandates.
It means that employers may never again force employees to get jabbed against their will.
That is a monumental boost to the moral of every Texan who works for a living and it just impresses me to no end.
And yes, he's a politician, but he's no crook and he is no crony.
He really is, just an all around good guy.
Can you say the same about 'your' governor ?

I agree Wolf, but he still has his work cut out for him with all the Libs that have moved here from Ca. . Dallas and Houston have become areas I prefer not to travel nowadays. They pretty much tanked those cities and reformed them into similarities of California!

You're smart to avoid Dallas and Houston.
I spend a good deal of time working in both cities, but only when it's absolutely necessary.

Sadly, I cannot. Here in Wisconsin we are stuck with Gov. Evers, also known as the worst Governor EVER.
Not long ago we had Scott Walker, a VERY good, courageous Governor and the libs went crazy. They had r**ts that caused millions of dollars worth of damage to the Capitol building and physically threatening anyone who backed him. (I**********n?)
Scott made a big mistake by running for President when he could do more good by carrying on his good work right here at home as an example for other states. Unfortunately, Ron De Santos is making the same mistake.
