My personal opinion is that Trump knew he was convicted before the trial began. Why bother with a jury trial ? I think he is intentionally aggravating this judge. The more the judge loses his temper the easier it will be for Donald J. Trump's lawyers to get the conviction thrown out in Appeals Court. The judge is supposed to be impartial, which he is not.

Trump was denied a jury trial. It's not a criminal case.

Definitely. This trial verdict is meaningless. All of the drama between Donald J. Trump and the judge is what the defense lawyers are counting on. In the appeals court they must decide whether Trump had a fair trial in front of an unbiased judge. Every time the judge loses his temper that works in Trump's favor.
