A judge in Connecticut has overturned a mayoral primary e******n because of a mail-in b****t stuffing fraud, setting a standard that holds serious implications for the entire nation.
The situation is documented by a report at the Gateway Pundit, which cited the decision by Superior Court Judge William Clark to order a new e******n.
The report explained, "The Gateway Pundit reported in September that mayoral candidate John Gomes' campaign released a damning video showing evidence of e******n f***d in the Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for 'possible misconduct.'"
The video revealed a woman, Wanda Geter-Patacky, a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, apparently dropping off stacks of absentee b****ts ahead of the Sept. 12 primary.
Gomes charged, "Video surveillance proving that the mayoral e******n was unequivocally stolen through corruption within city hall by tampering with absentee b****ts."
The issue is the same that raised numerous complaints during the 2020 p**********l e******n, in which Joe Biden purportedly got 81 million v**es – more than any p**********l candidate ever and far more than the l*****t but popular Barack Obama got during his e******ns.
There were a multitude of concerns about b****t harvesting, b****t box stuffing and worse. But the issue remained fogged because many jurisdictions actually changed their v****g procedures and processes because of C****-**, leaving the accountability for such behavior uncertain.
What is certain about the undue influences on the 2020 president was that Mark Zuckerberg handed out some $400-plus million that was used by the e******n officials often to recruit v**ers from Democrat districts in an agenda to help Joe Biden. That actually prompted many jurisdictions to ban the use of such outside money in that manner.
Further, the FBI decided to interfere in the e******n results by telling media and other corporations to suppress what turned out to be accurate reporting, based on evidence found in a laptop computer abandoned by H****r B***n at a repair shop, about the scandals in which the Biden family was involved.
The FBI suggested it all was "Russian disinformation" even though the bureau at the time knew it was accurate reporting. A subsequent polling revealed that undue influence almost certainly took the e******n victory away from President Trump.
Those actions now are under investigation by the House, where one top investigator has determined that there's no doubt the Biden family was involved in influence peddling while Joe Biden was vice president to Obama.
Gomes said, of the dispute, "This is an undeniable act of v**er suppression and a huge civil rights violation. It’s time to restore lasting credibility to our city’s democracy. Once and for ALL. Enough is enough!"
Gomes lost to Ganim in the primary by only 251 v**es.
Police confirmed they are "actively investigating.'
The report noted Bridgeport Democratic Registrar of V**ers Patricia Howard confessed in court she had failed to follow state law over the handling of mail-in b****ts, which requires each absentee b****t to be signed off by the town clerk.
"Judge Clark determined that the allegations of possible malfeasance were serious enough to warrant the overturning of the September 12 primary results," the report said.
"The volume of b****ts so mishandled is such that it calls the result of the primary e******n into serious doubt and leaves the court unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary," the judge said.

In a statement after the decision, Gomes said the victory belongs to "all the people of Bridgeport who were wronged in the numerous ways detailed in Judge Clark's remarkable decision."
A separate case involving v***r f***d also is developing in New Jersey, where the attorney general has added more charges to an ongoing case involving Democrat Alex Mendez, the Paterson city council president, and others.

The Gateway Pundit explained the implications: "In the wake of the Bridgeport and New Jersey scandal, it’s worth noting the glaring double standard that exists in how the justice system and the media treat allegations of e******n f***d, depending on the party involved. Republicans have been vocal about their concerns regarding the integrity of the 2020 p**********l e******n, only to be dismissed by mainstream media outlets and other institutions that insist the e******n was secure. Yet, when a Democrat is involved in a similar scandal, the justice system seems more willing to take action, and the media appears more open to covering it."

Anew primary e******n has been ordered by a Connecticut state court amid alleged fraud, while Democrats in Massachusetts and New Jersey are also accused of or charged with e******n f***d. This brings the total of e******n-related criminal cases across the country to at least three.
Democrats in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey are facing various allegations of e******n f***d, as two instances are related to this year's e******ns while two more are with regard to prior e******ns.
On Wednesday, Bridgeport Superior Court Judge William Clark overturned the results of a Democratic mayoral primary and ordered a new e******n in connection to allegations of absentee b****t abuse.
The judge made the decision after a video was posted online that appeared to show a supporter of incumbent Democrat Mayor Joe Ganim stuffing stacks of papers into a b****t drop box, according to WNPR Connecticut Public Radio.
The general e******n for mayor was set for Nov. 7. A new primary date has yet to be set, but the judge told lawyers that they had 10 days to work with city and state e******n officials to determine a potential date for the new e******n, the Associated Press reported.
Judge Clark determined the allegations of possible malfeasance were sufficient to toss out the results of the Sept. 12 primary, which incumbent Ganim won by 251 v**es out of 8,173 cast. Absentee b****ts secured Ganim's margin of victory, WNPR Connecticut Public Radio also reported. Judge Clark said, "the videos are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties.”
Meanwhile, in neighboring Massachusetts, a Democratic mayoral candidate is accused of bribing residents to v**e. E******n officials for the city of Springfield say they witnessed v**ers being brought to the city hall for early v****g and that at least some expected to be given cash after they v**ed for Democratic candidate Justin Hurst, according to local news outlet The Republican.
Video footage has also been released of a man associated with Hurst's campaign allegedly handing cash to v**ers last weekend.
City officials claim in sworn affidavits that the distribution of $10 bills, clearly visible in surveillance footage, represents v***r f***d, The Republican also reports.
Hurst denied all the allegations ahead of E******n Day on Tuesday. “Any accusations that my team paid residents in exchange for their v**e is unequivocally false,” he said, according to Western Mass News.
He also addressed the video in which a man appears to be handing out cash to v**ers.
“That gentleman has volunteered on many campaigns," Hurst stated. "That particular gentleman has spent more time in prison than he spent out, but he is a good man and he’s the individuals I’m fighting for in the city of Springfield. We’re running an e******n that is inclusive."
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts told Western Mass News that they could not confirm or deny if an investigation was taking place, but charges have yet been filed.
Unlike Massachusetts, e******n f***d investigations that have been confirmed in New Jersey have announced charges against two Democrats. State e******n f***d charges from the 2020 and 2021 e******ns in two different cities related to mail-in b****ts and v***r r**********ns were announced by state Attorney General Matthew Platkin’s office in October.
According to the attorney general’s office, Paterson City Council President Alex Mendez (D) is facing additional charges in a 2020 e******n f***d case, after having previously been charged in June 2020 and February 2021.
Last month, Platkin announced that new charges have been brought against Mendez and his associates regarding mail-in b****t e******n f***d, which occurred during the 2020 e******n that was mostly conducted by mail.
Before the May 2020 e******n, in which Mendez was running for city council, he allegedly collected many mail-in b****ts from households over several days in violation of state law, according to the attorney general’s office. While New Jersey law allows a “bearer” to return a completed b****t for a v**er, candidates in e******ns are not allowed to collect and return b****ts for the v**ers in the district of the race they are running in.
According to Platkin’s office, Mendez’s campaign allegedly collected b****ts that were not sealed by v**ers and examined them at the campaign headquarters to see if they were cast for Mendez. B****ts that were not cast for Mendez were allegedly destroyed and replaced with a b****t for him. The replacement b****ts were allegedly stolen from v**ers’ mailboxes.
Mendez responded to the charges following their release, saying, “This is unfair. They rushed to charge me four years ago, and when they knew those charges weren’t working and were going nowhere, they charge me with something else.”
“I’m looking forward to my day in court,” he added. “I’m fighting this to the end.”
Mendez's legal counsel didn't immediately respond to a request for comment regarding the city council president's plea or trial date.
Another Democratic candidate in New Jersey was also charged with e******n f***d last month. The state attorney general announced that Dr. Henrilynn Ibezim, who was a candidate for Plainfield mayor in 2021, has been charged with "e******n f***d and other crimes" according to the state AG, who also said in a statement that Ibezim directed his associates to fill out blank v***r r**********n applications and bring nearly 1,000 of them to a post office.
In the June 2021 primary, Ibezim was defeated by three other candidates. He also previously ran for mayor in 2017.
Ibezim didn’t respond to a request for comment.
