I was not a fan of her on Three's Company. I thought the ditsy blond character she played was over done and not believable. However, that was not her fault. She gave the producers and directors what they wanted. I saw her in other things and I always liked her and how she carried herself.
In contrast with actors like Sean Penn, Whoopie Goldberg, etc. who I appreciated their acting, but I can't stand them as members of the human race.

Good observations. She was very successful and had marginal talent. In some aspects that’s admirable. She seemed like a good person but I don’t have a clue. The others you mention are d********g.

Talent and humanity are independent of one another. They can go together. Jimmy Stewart is an obvious example.

I was going to throw in Joan Crawford because of the book and movie 'Mommy Dearest', as an example of talent and humanity not going together. I saw the movie. However, so many people who knew Crawford have said the story was not true that I decided to not use it.
