I think Biden is going to have the same punishment as Pence got. The documents were most likely taken by accident and as soon as they were discovered, turned over to the National Archives. A far cry from willfully retaining top secret documents and lying about them.
Something I wish the DOJ would do. Apprarently a lot of Documents were destroyed by a number of people in the Trump administration. Those criminals should be brought to justice.
