There is a reason for what you perceive as a lack of support from Israel.
1.) Israel has been told to stand down because her involvement would unite ALL the mooslim nations to join in.
2.) Israel is fighting for survival daily against all those mentioned in #1 above.
3.) Israel is a small nation and needs all her resources for self-preservation.
Obummer even ordered American military to shoot down any Israeli aircraft headed to Iran.
