My reply to the first part about v****g, I agree with you. Why not allow them to v**e.

But I wasn't really happy with the name calling in the last part. I don't know the answer. I have never been persecuted in another country.

Perhaps I was not clear. Permanent Legal Residents are people who, unlike border jumping wetbacks, have done everything the right way, the legal way and have respected our laws. That means they speak English, have jobs, pay taxes, can and do serve in our Armed Forces, and can even legally own guns here. They have done everything required for citizenship except for having not lived here quite long enough. I know a number of them and none of them would consider v****g Democrat. They know more about our Constitution than most people born here who went to high school after the seventies.

What does that have to do with Permanent Legal Residents? I thought I specified no border jumping wetbacks of wh**ever nationality. I'm talking about people who came here legally and respected our laws who are practically citizens anyway. Like my ancestors and your ancestors did.

I was simply responding to Radar's comment that "There is no evidence of any Commandos PRC or otherwise here. To my knowledge.".

As far as Permanent Legal Residents - I heartily concur with your comments. I had several in my platoons in the Service - all were hard working, dependable young men.
