An Oligarchy. A lot worse than that. The FCC just fined DISH network 150,000 dollars for not moving a satellite out to a deeper space orbit. DISH attempted to move the satellite to a deeper orbit, but the satellite ran out of fuel. Since there are no tow trucks in space what exactly is DISH supposed to do. Maybe Since the FCC wants to regulate outer space they should take all the fine money they steal from individuals and companies and create an outer space towing company. I have always believed the only thing worse than a nation that taxes its citizens without representation, is a nation that is ruled by unelected people writing regulations that allow them to steal from the citizens as much money as they want.
