Yesterday I said, half in jest, why not Donald Trump for Speaker of the House? He cannot be Speaker because of House Rule for Republicans #26, passed by Republicans which states that no one UNDER INDICTMENT for a felony may serve as Speaker. The rule could be changed by the Republicans, but don't hold your breath.
