The Tea Party did not participate in the treatment you think you received, The basis of your statement is a logical fallacy--a hasty generalization. There may be as many as four on this forum who are either members of the TP or somehow supportive or associated with it, and you pass judgement on millions on account of a few.

To be fair about it I have to say you're probably correct, but I didn't see anyone stopping them by telling them that they were making the tea party look bad.

To allow someone who is saying they are tea party people, get away with that type of behavior, is akin to endorsing that behavior any way you cut it.

I don"t want to think ill of the tea party but when no one says a single word to them about what they were doing, what am I to think?

I was drop dead serious about wanting to help, and there is nothing wrong at all about asking questions or saying what I believe I feel is important, so when these few cut loose on me, where were the rest of the tea party people here to tell them to cool it?

Every organization has i***ts, Lord knows the dems and reps have more than their share, but when those types start popping off and making the organization look bad, they get stepped on quickly unless the organization doesn't care how they look.

OK doc, I promise I will be civil and attempt to answer any questions you may have. But please, state them clearly without a lot of convoluted opinion thrown in. Be advised that in answering your questions, I have available links to many websites where answers and information can be accessed that will be far more beneficial than trying to spell it all out here.

Actually, if he is using how the tea party treated me as an example, I can understand why he isn't a member.

On the other hand, I don't think the tea party would want him to begin with.

I doubt the TEA Party would want either of you - you are both too offensive to do any good at repairing what is wrong with America.

I don't understand what is offensive about a question or a different point of view. If you go back and look, I never was disrespectful but I stated my point in spades, which is more than many here do, and you chose to be offended rather than consider what I said. You are one of those who started all the nasty stuff. I just gave it back to you and I did it in a much more civil manner. You, for some reason, seem to think that attacking me rather than discussing specifics, makes you points. It makes you a poor representative of what ever you connect yourself to instead.

That speaks of a small mind with no room to expand by considering more than your opinion. I never said you have to agree with me, but I do expect people here to think before they reject. I didn't parrot you, so I'm wrong. But that wasn't enough was it? I am also perhaps not a Dr, unprofessional, hopefully retired, etc. That is a great political opinion for you to espouse and brings everyone you treat in that manner, into your camp doesn't it? Not! You apparently don't have the sense to keep personal commentary out of political discussions. With all your mouth, you never have learned that when you bring personal attack into any discussion about politics or religion, you lose. It doesn't matter what you think from that point on.

I have been informed, by another here who obviously has a more expanded intellect and a civil manner, that you do not represnt mainstream tea party thinking. I believe him because if the tea party was as defensive and inflexible as you, it would have died out long ago.

You even went so far as to attack my reading comprehension. And still, you never addressed my point or answered my question, but it is MY reading comprehension in question? Did you ever see my question or cshould I have phrase it as I would have for a child? You don't see attempted respect right in front of you. If I thought you were stupid, I would have used language aimed at a low intellect person, or not talked with you at all.

My suggestion is to stop speaking for yourself because you really are obtuse, get in line with the organization you claim to be speaking for, or be quiet.

Ever read this line? "A wise man is aware of how little he truely knows." It's your signature - you might want to read it and think about it once in a while.

You are so messed up it isn't funny.

If I thought I knew it all, why would I ask questions?

Just face it. The other fellow was correct and you don't represent the tea party. You are too inane and closed minded to represent anyone but yourself, and the way you are doing that you should tell yourself to stop.
