These promotions are a package deal, by "unanimous consent" of the Senate. They are simply a block promotion. Schmuck Schumer could end this fiasco today by simply ordering, as Senate majority leader, that the promotions are approved INDIVIDUALLY rather than as a monolithic block. The promotions could start going through in the next ten minutes. Instead, Schumer chooses to play politics with taxpayer funded a******n. Tuberville can do nothing about the promotions being handled on an individual basis.

The Hyde Amendment is clear in its language.

As we all know, Congress has to change the Law. Problem is, Congress doesn't have the ability for Civilized Debate and Compromise, nor the Partisan V**es to change the Law.

That said, based on my knowledge and experience as a Federal Auditor, DOD and their supporters want to commit Fraud. In doing so, intentionally and repeatedly, raises that Fraud to Criminal levels.

It's all in the Laws and Regulations that govern Government Employee Behaviors and Military Financial regulations I used every day in Compliance Audits.

All of these things are on peoples' cellphones. They just have to Google the stuff.

Search Mal-, Mis-, Non-feasance, Government Fraud, Waste, and Abuse subject matter. Compliance Audits also include Oaths of Office, Job Descriptions, Regulations, Policies, and Mission Statements.

One of my other federal assignments was authoring changes to the Joint Travel Regulations from new Laws.

If DOD proceeds with what they are currently fighting over, finding an illegal travel process would almost certainly end up as a major criminal investigation. Intentional and Repetitive are significant factors.
