Our true enemies are the 535 greedy self serving critters and have been for decades. Some have made a life long career with their corruption. If they did their job Russia and China would be a minor issue if any issue at all.

He did not 'assess' anything. He simply described those who disagree with the extreme l*****ts as 'stupid' (which is essentially what he stated) is just as contemptuous.
