We will bring in all the hardware and infrastructure to wire up Cuba for the internet, handing out laptops to every home and the Castro's will simply use it to control the people, get lists of potential trouble makers and send email every day how good it is under c*******m.

How is this opening relationship going to be directed and administered. Who will do the 'administering' for who and why? Policy has always been administered for TPTB (Big Money), and screw the people on both sides of the relationships. Both political parties will most likely see that that continues.
