If impeachment in Georgia is off the table, then there is Georgia's new law that can remove elected DAs who aren't following the law and there's the Congressional Judiciary Committee who is investigating Fani Willis.

Of course it isn’t going to happen. And just think: one of the first 13 states.

I did read Tom's post. My links had nothing to do with IMPEACHING the DA. My first article link had to do with Georgia's new law that involved a committee who could remove a DA who wasn't following the laws and the other one had to do with the US Congress investigating Fani Willis to see if Federal funding was involved and determine that it's a political persecution of Trump in order to collect donations off of her recently constructed website to promote her e******n campaign on her recent high-profile indictments. Maybe if you read my links you would seen the difference.

Sir, I did read your links. IMO, Tom's link made it clear that Governor Kemp saw no way for the state legislature to impede Fani Willis in any of her current investigations/inquiries.

Excerpts..."Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis's actions or lack thereof warrant action by the prosecuting attorney oversight commission. As long as I'm governor, we are going to follow the law and the Constitution — regardless of who it helps politically," Kemp said.

and..."We have a law in the state of Georgia that clearly outlines the legal steps that can be taken if constituents believe their local prosecutors are violating their oath by engaging in unethical or illegal behavior," Kemp said Thursday at the press conference.

Also, IMO, Trump persecutes himself constantly with his words and behavior.

Governor Kemp was pressured into supporting Fani Willis. He was probably afraid of r**ts in the street of Atlanta if she was removed IMO.

"We strongly call upon you to make it publicly known that you do not support the calls of those who seek an investigation of (Willis)," Bishop Reginald T. Jackson, head of the African Methodist Episcopal Church in Georgia, wrote in a letter sent Friday.

Jackson, a prominent and outspoken v****g rights leader in the state, was among the grassroots activists along with the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, Georgia NAACP and Black V**ers Matter, who rallied in support of Willis in downtown Atlanta this week.

IMO, a well-deserved retraction of dishonorable legislative intent.

Willis will have to prove that Trump knew that his claims of e******n f***d were false when he made them, or he won't have the required state of mind for the violation to stick.
