Would be interesting to see exactly how much of that area, burned. Saw a lot of residents burned out but what about the big Resorts and High Rent Areas???
That's High Rent Areas... and with the unpopular Lahaina City Council - would "Eminent Domain" be on their Future Planning for the City?

It’s gotta be a conspiracy, high winds dropping power lines during a drought starting the fire is no more likely then aircraft crashing into the trade center causing its collapse.

A little more likely than airplanes crashing into buildings causing a building that wasn’t hit to also totally collapse into its own footprint.

I read that the homes wiped out were from middle- and lower-class families. The higher income residents and resort property owners were left untouched. With all of the incompetence involved by the public officials there, it sounds like a land grab IMO.
