Perhaps I am an overly sensitive oldster, but today the following few phrases I hear in ordinary discourse actually annoy the hell out of me:
#1 That's what I'm talking about!
#2 Have a nice day! Or, Have a good day!
# 3 Sounds like a plan!
#4 I told you so!
#5 No problem!
#6 Wh**ever!
#7 I knew you'd say that!
#8 It doesn't matter!
#9 This is an automated system...
#10 I don't understand you!
#11 Please wait!
#12 We are having an unusual volume of callers. Please call back later!
#13 This annoys the hell out of me!
And there are more I am sure!

Unfortunately, it is another one that you have raised from the dead: TC or Take Care! LOL!
(But then, LOL or Laughing Out Loud is getting very cloying too! Plus, its many derivatives also!)
Another that just surfaced: "We are all in this together!" and its many derivatives, "We are all in the same boat!" Etc. which I really h**e!
And then: "Wh**ever floats your boat" surfaces and it should be sunk!
