I lived just next to Santa Ana for 31 years starting in 1966. The only trash I saw was from the locals who would toss their trash on the ground.
Most of the locals are Mexican, with lots of gang stuff. I parked my car and before I could cross the street two young men were in my car pulling everything out of the glove box.
But as to pollution, the state causes lots of problems, for example, a law was passed that declared used motor oil a hazardous stuff! Motor oil does not wear out, it just gets dirty,
it can be refined back into new oil! Oil companies would go to auto shops and pay a small fee for the dirty oil. But now it's hazardous, so now only a Hazmat company can take it away!
And you have to pay a lot to have it done. So guess what? Companies like Speedy Lube, 10 Min Oil Change, Jeffy Lube, and many others bought a big wheeler tanker truck and all
dumped their oil into it, and when it was full, someone took it out into the desert at night opened the value, and drove around until it was empty. Did this law make the earth greener?
This is the logic of a bureaucrat who has zero understanding of how things work. The bright side is, someone with a brain in Sacramento k**led the law. Now the oil companies go around
Buying the dirty oil and refining it back into good motor oil.

Be in fear when you hear the words I AM FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND I AM HERE TO HELP YOU! They are not.

No CO2 you DIE, fact! Even green plant needs it, even your lawn. If you failed Science 101 you most likely don't know that!

Most also do not know that CO2 as a molecule is very heavy, it sinks to the ground. No way can it get into the upper atmosphere as the moran democreeps claim.
Look it up! Just Google the atomic weight of carbon dioxide, then do Oxygen! Our atmosphere is like the ocean, if you drop a rock into it, it sinks, a cork, it floats.
CO2 is 4 times heavier the Oxygen.

The Left knows most Americans are uninformed as to science, you are easy to fool.

That is the t***h, the Vikings raised cattle, sheep, and goats on Green land in AD 800 or so, then it got colder and it is today still too cold to raise cows.
