I sold my Kia Soul because I couldn't park anywhere without having to worry about it getting damaged. I still drive a stick shift, but the manual t***smission is a bit of a *stolen* preventive, but it doesn't stop the break-ins and damage. The City of Milwaukee has a class action lawsuit against Kia and Hyundai because Kia and Hyundai knew about the problem and did nothing. My niece had a Kia, too. Hers got broken into three times before she finally sold her Kia.

PR, I know you want to blame lefties, liberals, democrats, and Biden for everything bad. This problem is going on all over the country. Kia KNEW their cars were vulnerable and did NOTHING.

A car manufacturer could build a model with zero security features..
Owners could leave them unlocked with the keys in the ignition...
And when they're stolen, the blame would still be 100% on the thieves...

This kind of thinking from the left is r****ded..
"She wouldn't have been raped if she made her vagina less accessible" kind of logic...

Funny thing is... nobody looks at my Saab with ill intentions. Nobody looks at my husband's Audi. No one messed with any of my Hondas, no one was interested in the fresh off the show room Chevy Equinox. No one did anything to the late model van we had for a couple of years.

The only car that was vulnerable to theft or vandalism was my Kia Soul. So, if EVERY other car I have ever had NO problems with being a target. What is Kia and Hyundai doing to make their cars less prone to be targeted? They put out a fix-it-yourself security measure that operated with blue tooth with a cell phone paired with the cars, and it failed. Why should car buyers, thinking they are getting a nice car but end up being victimized by a faulty security measure.

IMHO, if you owned a car without security features, and you had your car totaled out, you lose a significant amount of the money you put into buying the car, and now you have to figure out how to raise a down payment on your next car, since the insurance payout was less than the amount of the debt you have on your car. I think you would be quite irate.

According to your earlier article.. 40% of cars stolen were not those two makes...So obviously other brands are also vulnerable..

Y’all need help; and I don’t mean with your car. This type of litigious insanity started about the time when the asshat was awarded $big from McDonalds because her coffee was hot.

With that mentality, why not sue the lender and the insurance company too? Better yet, have the government forgive your loan and provide you with universal car insurance.

Oh come on Canuchus Deploracus, just like guns, the car is culpable. Not people. Guns go off by themselves and those cars just start right up as soon as the punk gets inside.

You need a few facts about that case. More than 700 other people were also severely burned.
