I don’t think that was the charge .
There were only 2 charges out of the available 10 .
That were used . I don’t remember that one.
Acquitted of only 2 charges .
Haul his ass back in for the other 8 !
It isn’t double jeopardy he wasn’t charged for 8 felony offenses .
