Israel has been awarded a disproportional number of Nobel Prizes considering her relatively small population. I think there could be more sites like this with Putin's economy in such trouble. I think one of the cards Putin could allow to occur is this type of nationalism that blames Jews and the west for their troubles. That would help any alliance he has going with Syria and Iran. He's going to get pretty desperate when he can't meet obligations especially in Crimea due to a lack of cash. I'm not sure he can use nationalism to ask Russians to make sacrifices without declaring some ideological war on Jews and the west.

If Likud would see the benefit of turning over a slice of one of those occupied territories to Fatah for autonomy while criticizing Hamas, that could be a big help.

Yes, just like the turning over of Gaza to the "Palestinians" proved to be a big help??? And I don't consider those disputed lands to be occupied territories anymore than I consider CA, AZ, NM, and TX to be occupied territories. I realize that you are trying to be helpful, but I think your idea is definitely wrong headed.
Scripture tells us that when the Lord comes back, one of the things that really angers Him is the "dividing of His lands."

I take pleasure in watching my best friend chase her own tail. All 12 lbs of her. She has one of those spring loaded curly-Que kind that always snaps back into place. It pisses her off at times. This is mostly for others reading this thread: I am not going to spend hours enlightening you on what dozens of books reveal (The Thirteenth Tribe for one), or the interpretation of the Bible.
