President Trump should not have said it. He must just keep quiet and decide once he is in.
Now that Biden is aware that once Trump takes over, Biden will have to pay a heavy price of his corruptions. But if I were Trump, I should not announce this payback in advance. Just keep that silent until Trump is ready. But not now!
