For those of you that dismiss the entire indictment process as a 'deep state conspiracy', please consider that it was three separate prosecutors, in four different venues, and four different grand juries of twelve-plus citizens each, that returned these indictments and charges. The odds of being able to perform a conspiracy without a single leak, or of being able to coordinate such a feat without a single charge of that coordination being reported are astronomical, given the propensity of government to leak to the press.
First, the Mar-a-Lago mess. There had been at least a year of quiet negotiations between Trump and the National Archives to get the documents returned without major success prior to the FBI search. Prior to the search, Trump's lawyers proclaimed that all the classified material had been returned, and that there was no more that was being held.
The government didn't believe this affidavit, since there was considerable obfuscation in prior dealings. The FBI search proved their suspicions as being true, when over one-hundred classified documents were recovered from the Florida property. As to the allegations that the documents were planted by the FBI, it is virtually impossible for this to happen without there being some leak to the press by this time (over a year now).
Now there is evidence that boxes of the documents were moved so as to thwart the DOJ and National Archives personnel prior to the FBI search. This, of course, constituties obstruction of justice, and not just once.
In addition, the audio exists of Trump displaying a classified national defense document to uncleard personnel at Bedminster. Another security violation.
Had it been any of us, we'd be in jail a year ago, and had the key thrown away.
Those of you that have been in the military or had to handle classified material, know that this whole debacle was unlawful and that the charges here are valid.

As for the other two cases, it is fairly clear from both indictments that there was a conspiracy to prevent the E*******l College v**es from being counted, and them being returned to the state legislatures, where a different slate of e*****rs would have been certified that would have reversed the e******n in favor of Trump. Mike Pence was pressured to return the v**es to the states for furtner consideration, because of alleged v***r f***d. The Vice President refused to do that, since he didn't havve the authority to do so.
When it became clear that none of these were going to work, the only tactic left was to use violence to prevent the count, disrupt the certification of the v**es, declasre martial law and call a second e******n.
When Trump urged his supporters to attend the J*** 6 rally, and sent them down to the capitol, it was pretty obvious what was going to happen. "Hang Mike Pence" being chanted, a gallows gracing the west side of the capital, and armed supporters breaking into the building, was a an outcome weeks in the making.
That it didn't succeed was a tribute to the law enforcement and security detalis on duty that day, and the refusal of the Vice President to alter or decertify the count.
Any of us that saw the storming of the capital happen on live television know that it wasn't a non-violent tour of the capital. Five lives lost because of it, and over a hundred injured is not a peaceful demonstration. Whether it was an i**********n depends on being able to prove the intent of the President, but his refusal to call off his supporters for four hours is a pretty good indicator of that intent.

These are the facts as I understand them. Some of you will bring up 'alternate facts', but the ones state here are stubborn things. They are the ones being brought up under the legal system, and will be hard to dispute.

The indictments are valid. Prosecutors almost never bring indictments to a grand jury unless there is more than enough evidenc to prove their case. The rate of federal prosecutions succeeding is over ninety percent. The only defense strategy now is to delay, delay, delay, and hope that Trump wins the e******n and pardons himself, or causes the DOJ to abandon the cases. The Georgia indictment is a little more tricky, since there is no chance of pardon, and is a state matter, not federal. The chances of any of these tactics happening are slim. Trump is going to prison, and we will be treated to a photograph of him wearing an orange jumpsuit, with no combover.
Of course, there's always the option of slipping away from his Secret Service detail, boarding a cigarette boat and meeting up with an oligarch's boat twenty miles offshore, to be t***sported to some country without an extradition treaty. Just sayin'....

The Biden administration has created a legal morass never seen or experienced in American history, as applies to a p**********l e******n. AG Merrick Garland is authorizing indictment after indictment of Biden’s possible, if not likely political opponent, in the middle of a p**********l e******n cycle, doing so through his appointment of a special counsel whose charges must be approved by the attorney general. At the same time, Garland refuses to appoint a special counsel to investigate his client, Joe Biden, even though the DOJ regulation was originally instituted for these exact circumstances. We have former Attorney General Bill Barr who will do anything to get back at Donald Trump, while at the same time, we have current Attorney General Merrick Garland who will do anything to protect his boss, Joe Biden. This kind of legal warfare is not only unprecedented in the history of our republic; it will destroy our e*******l system for all time. This unprecedented legal warfare requires an unprecedented response by the only constitutional body left that can do something about it — the Supreme Court. Also, what Biden has learned, what FDR knew, and what the Democrat party seeks is to monopolize power and control government. The fact is that Trump cannot effectively defend himself and run for president at the same time, and ought not be forced to decide between one or the other. Individual district court judges ought not to decide for the nation how we shall now proceed, given what the Biden DOJ has foisted in the nation. The only constitutional body that might take action against this is the Supreme Court, but even by that time the damage will be done to Trump and the legal process will d**g out. Weak Republicans like Mike Pence and Chris Christie have given aid and comfort to Democrats in destroying our country and endlessly attacking Trump.

In addition, the audio exists of Trump displaying a classified national defense document to uncleard personnel at Bedminster. Another security violation.
Had it been any of us, we'd be in jail a year ago, and had the key thrown away.
Those of you that have been in the military or had to handle classified material, know that this whole debacle was unlawful and that the charges here are valid.

As for the other two cases, it is fairly clear from both indictments that there was a conspiracy to prevent the E*******l College v**es from being counted, and them being returned to the state legislatures, where a different slate of e*****rs would have been certified that would have reversed the e******n in favor of Trump. There were at least a dozen schemes that were considered to make this happen, with at least three of them being implemented.
There was pressure exerted on officials of several states, the most obvious one being the now infamous phone call to the Georgia Secretary of Staate, where Trump was urging the finding of just enogh v**es to reverse the state's e*******l count in favor of Trump. In addition there was a threat of federal legal action against them personally if they didn't comply. There is evidence that this same tactic was used in several other states. The Fulton County indicitment covers much of this same ground, with the exception being that not only Trump, but more than a dozen others are included in the charges.
There was also a scheme to generate a set of false e*****rs to be sent up to be certified in place of the real ones from several states. These were refused by the Vice President, but would have swung the e******n to Trump had he been willing to accept them, or at least send the count back to the state legislatures. Both indictments (federal and state) cite this as being fraud against the government.
Mike Pence was pressured to return the v**es to the states for furtner consideration, because of alleged v***r f***d. The Vice President refused to do that, since he didn't havve the authority to do so.
When it became clear that none of these were going to work, the only tactic left was to use violence to prevent the count, disrupt the certification of the v**es, declasre martial law and call a second e******n.
When Trump urged his supporters to attend the J*** 6 rally, and sent them down to the capitol, it was pretty obvious what was going to happen. "Hang Mike Pence" being chanted, a gallows gracing the west side of the capital, and armed supporters breaking into the building, was a an outcome weeks in the making.
That it didn't succeed was a tribute to the law enforcement and security detalis on duty that day, and the refusal of the Vice President to alter or decertify the count.
Any of us that saw the storming of the capital happen on live television know that it wasn't a non-violent tour of the capital. Five lives lost because of it, and over a hundred injured is not a peaceful demonstration. Whether it was an i**********n depends on being able to prove the intent of the President, but his refusal to call off his supporters for four hours is a pretty good indicator of that intent.

These are the facts as I understand them. Some of you will bring up 'alternate facts', but the ones state here are stubborn things. They are the ones being brought up under the legal system, and will be hard to dispute.

The indictments are valid. Prosecutors almost never bring indictments to a grand jury unless there is more than enough evidenc to prove their case. The rate of federal prosecutions succeeding is over ninety percent. The only defense strategy now is to delay, delay, delay, and hope that Trump wins the e******n and pardons himself, or causes the DOJ to abandon the cases. The Georgia indictment is a little more tricky, since there is no chance of pardon, and is a state matter, not federal. The chances of any of these tactics happening are slim. Trump is going to prison, and we will be treated to a photograph of him wearing an orange jumpsuit, with no combover.
Of course, there's always the option of slipping away from his Secret Service detail, boarding a cigarette boat and meeting up with an oligarch's boat twenty miles offshore, to be t***sported to some country without an extradition treaty. Just sayin'....
