A handful of Legislators from across the country gathered at the National Press Club in Washington, DC to announce the creation of "American State Legislators for Gun Violence Prevention" or ASLGVP. The new group, which claims to be non-partisan, will work to push new gun restrictions at the state level. But the coalition has one major problem - they will not let anyone know who they are. ASLGVP boasts having 200 members from all 50 states but the group will not release a list of their membership, due to a fear of "political backlash."

Citizens across the country have a right to know whether or not their elected officials are members of this group, especially since the group intends to tamper with our Constitutional rights. If a state legislator is too afraid to let their names be known, shouldn't that alone tell us that the agenda they are pushing is not even Constitutional?

carolyn ma'am, thank you for this info. One of the soldiers in my old platoon sent me some info on this. But just as you stated they,(elected back stabbers), are a shadowy bunch. Ma'am, anytime someone tries to hide what their up to or past records,( note Obama) , that in itself tells you all you need to know. Again, thank you.

Then contact your representatives and demand they force the names of these turncoats to be published. And if any of your representatives are on the list, then let them know that you will v**e against them in any future e******ns. That is as low as anyone can go as a servant to the people.

Then do as many of are doing now. Contact the NRA and your representatives and demand that they find the names of these crooks and publish them in a state referendum sent to all the people. This crap has gone on long enough and it is way past time that we stopped it.

But eventually may be too late if these snakes can do irreparable to our Constitution, don't you think? How about if everyone calls-emails their representatives and demand they publish these names regardless of whether their names are on it or not. Then contact the NRA and if you are not a member, then don't you think you should join? If it hadn't been for this organization we would have lost our guns under the Clinton administration, so join as quickly as you can. It will be money well spent.

That is the best way to find out what your representative is really for and against. Then if they don't respond or beat around the bush, v**e them out. If everyone would work together, we could get rid of these worthless bums and get some real Americans in office. But it takes everyone to do it.

Heck, here in WA we just had a law bought & paid for by out of state millionaires and billionaires. It says if you and I are at a gun range and you want to shoot my rifle and I say it's OK we will both be felons if I hand it over to you without going through a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer, fill out background check forms, pay $75 and wait 3 months for the approved forms to come back. If we don't do it that way we're fined big bucks, & have felonies on our record. That's supposed to prevent disgruntled boyfriends from shooting their ex's using guns they bought through the (fictitious) gun show loophole or on the Internet w/o a background check. I-594 will be coming to a state near you, be prepared!

I've been on their Demorat Official websites, pull the wool over their eyes bull s**t. Then I see how they have v**ed.........Lock step with the President every time. The one Rep....mostly did what he promised on his Official website.

The best way to get back at these crooks is to follow their agendas and let everyone know if you find they are playing footsie with the other party. This is what my group and I try to do and so far I have found we have helped the situation a lot. But we are only one small group and can only do so much. Try to get your friends and acquaintances to form a group to do the same. You will find it is very refreshing and a good chance to trade information you might have on these crooks. Appoint one person that does not mind to type and can form words into legible sentences to send to these websites. That way you are passing valuable information to those that will do something about it.

There is no future at all in knowing something that a politician is guilty of and not trying to make sure as many people know about it as possible. This lazy attitude is why they have gained so much anti-American power in the last 50 or so years. People have simply turned their backs on everything detrimental they have done to our country and Constitution.
