The Dems didn’t. 5 arrived in the US in 2000. They weren’t invited they applied to arrive in the US mostly on student visas. The other 14 arrived in the US in mid 2001, Bush was president.

The president does not go through the visa applications. Clinton didn’t and neither did Bush and neither invited them into the country.

Biden is not inviting anyone to come to the US. 95% of those who apply for a visa or who arrive at the border are turned away.

Deportations have increased under Biden and yes the borders are tighter. Now want to explain why the GOP in their budget have decided to cut funding for border enforcement. Another thing GOPers need to explain is why the GOP decided that Biden’s request for more immigration judges to handle the backlog of immigration cases? Sounds to me like the GOP are the ones making it possible for terrorists to come here. Less funding for border enforcement and less funding for immigration judges.
