Of course those on the MAGA right don't pay any attention to anything they choose not to agree with, but this warrants close scrutiny because when highly staunch and well respected conservatives such as this make such a case, it makes arguments that even highly biased supreme court conservatives can't ignore. These people know the law and they represent it in an unbiased manner.

I don't choose accurate assessment of legal positions by whether a person is conservative or liberal, this references clearly black and white language that trump is on the wrong side of, and what is remarkable to me is that when even conservatives that normally call the law they way they want to see it are in agreement that the constitution has been violated, they are making a case so strong that supreme court judges pretty much are forced to recognize the same exact thing.

These conservatives also published this argument in a law review article, and no legal scholar publishes nonsense in that forum, it's like doctors and research scientists publishing in the top science review, what they publish is in the bible of their chosen legal fields
