What were the 597 defendants charged with? You L*****ts continue to use a word you were g***med to say, "i**********n," so riddle us this, how many of these 597 were charged and prosecuted for i**********n? Maybe the same number who've were charged with Russian collusion? Maybe it's typical l*****t justice like the 19 people up on RICO e******n i**********e charges by the Black Mafia Atlanta DA, Fani Willis, a failed District Attorney, one who has embarked on a politically-driven and legally-flawed prosecution. She has undoubtedly wasted millions of taxpayer dollars over the course of her self-righteous 3 year crusade to "get Trump" all the while the good people of Fulton County, GA continue to be terrorized by career criminals and gangs. it will require federal prosecutors to prove they went to the Capitol building with the intent of o*******wing our government Fani Willis personal ambitions takes priority over everything else. Listening to TV legal scholars pundits, the legal flaws with her theories are too numerous to list. She is an embarrassment to serious prosecutors everywhere, outside of Democrat strongholds of course, who seek to advance true justice.
What were the 597 defendants charged with? You L*... (show quote)

"According to the Department of Justice, 725 people have been charged in connection with J** 6; more than 225 have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers; 640 have been charged with entering or remaining in a restricted area; 275 also face charges of obstructing, impeding or influencing an official proceeding. Hundreds of additional cases are expected to be adjudicated in the coming months."

Granted, it's tough to prove beyond reasonable doubt that all those people went there with 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 to o*******w, which is the bar that must be passed for a given individual. The prosecutors would have to prove that to sentence anyone for that particular crime. We won't really know until the charges have all been adjudicated.

There have already been those convicted of S*******s Conspiracy, obstructing Congress’s certification of the 2020 p**********l e******n, carrying guns during the r**t, civil disorder, and assaulting police officers. Among others.

For example, Lonnie Coffman was given 46 months in prison. He drove to Capitol Hill from Alabama on J*** 6, in a pickup truck loaded with guns. In his truck, investigators "found a small arsenal of molotov cocktails, a 9mm handgun, a rifle, a shotgun, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, large-capacity ammunition feeding devices, a crossbow with bolts, machetes, camouf**ge smoke detectors and gas-filled Mason jars used to make napalm (a kind of homemade bomb)". He was also carrying two handguns at the time of his arrest. All the guns were loaded.

That's the kind of people we are dealing with here. Peaceful protest, huh?

Here ya go but no, of course they weren't "all arrested for i**********n". A few landed S*******s Conspiracy charges, though.

"More than 1,033 people have been arrested for storming the U.S. Capitol building on J*** 6, 2021, with charges ranging from obstruction of an official proceeding to assault. But 28 months after the attempted i**********n, a significant number of r****rs are still awaiting their sentencing."

"Around 47% of those arrested—485 individuals—have received criminal sentences, while the rest are waiting for their trials or haven’t yet reached plea agreements. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, 277 defendants were sentenced to periods of incarceration, with longer prison terms for those who engaged in violence or threats. So far, the median prison sentence for the J*** 6 r****rs is 60 days, according to TIME’s calculation of the public records. An additional 113 r****rs have been sentenced to periods of home detention, while most sentences have included fines, community service and probation for low-level offenses like illegally parading or demonstrating in the Capitol, which is a misdemeanor."

No one was charged with i**********n yet you ass hats constantly use that term. You're g***med to use i**********n because that's what you were trained to think. Furthermore, one person from Alabama was charged with some sort of arms violation yet you refer to that one person as "the type of people we are dealing with" and you wonder why we call you phony bastards.

Again, get out of your low information bubble. They found lots of weapons on J** 6, including guns, knives, batons, and all kinds of other crap. Some O**h K****rs testified the group put together an arsenal of firearms that they stored in cars over the Potomac river in Virginia, and designated some members as a “quick reaction force” who could go and collect those guns should they be needed. And again, you won't hear this on NewsMax, OAN, or the Daily Wire. Not going to even bother schooling you on all of this, a total waste of keystrokes since you obviously already know everything.

Alas, ignorance is bliss.

Pretty obvious now that you lack basic reading sk**ls.

"Granted, it's tough to prove beyond reasonable doubt that all those people went there with 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 to o*******w, w̳h̳i̳c̳h̳ ̳i̳s̳ ̳t̳h̳e̳ ̳b̳a̳r̳ ̳t̳h̳a̳t̳ ̳m̳u̳s̳t̳ ̳b̳e̳ ̳p̳a̳s̳s̳e̳d̳ ̳f̳o̳r̳ ̳a̳ ̳g̳i̳v̳e̳n̳ ̳i̳n̳d̳i̳v̳i̳d̳u̳a̳l̳. Much easier to charge s*******s conspiracy and trying to halt a legal proceeding, not to mention assault on police officers. It's amazing (and humorous) the way you guys will try to defend the indefensible.

OK. Everyone not lost in their own, exclusive, closed info-bubble knows this. Do you enjoy looking ignorant?
