Well if the Native Group is in favor of the change back to Redskins then the management of the franchise should meet with them and discuss the matter. I never did want the name changed. I grew up watching every Cowboys vs Redskins game since 1965 (that's 2times a year for 57yrs) If the tribal reps are not offended then the NFL should support any decision made.
