We all know about how Obama likes to use EO's, but there is another way he likes to rule, and that is by issuing a "P**********l Memorandum". Here's an example of what he's been up to while no one pays attention. I guess we're back in the business of educating terrorists, 9/11 style.
Statement of Need: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will amend its regulations by rescinding the regulatory provisions promulgated in 1983 that terminated the nonimmigrant status and barred the granting of certain immigration benefits to Libyan nationals and foreign nationals acting on behalf of Libyan entities who are engaging in or seeking to obtain studies or training in aviation maintenance, flight operations, or nuclear-related fields. The United States Government and the Government of Libya have normalized their diplomatic relations and most of the restrictions and sanctions imposed by the United States and the United Nations toward Libya have been lifted. Therefore, DHS, after consultation with the Department of State and the Department of Defense, finds it necessary to rescind the restrictions that deny nonimmigrant status and benefits to a specific group of Libyan nationals.

"Ansar al-Sharia refers not to one specific group but to several Islamist and Salafist groups in East Libya. To clarify, the main group Ansar al-Sharia in Libya (ASL) is primarily associated with two others, Ansar al-Sharia in B******i (the one that attacked the American compounds in September 2012) and Ansar al-Sharia in Derna. ASL controls state and military bodies in B******i and public service facilities. It has large quantities of weapons, including SA-6 surface-to-air missiles, anti-aircraft guns, rocket-propelled grenades, and armored vehicles.
Conflict rages in B******i, Libyas second largest city, between government forces and terrorists. The city has undergone great violence, assassinations, bombings, and kidnapping. In the fighting, the terrorists destroyed part of B******i University. They bombed the area around B******is airport, k*****g 40 soldiers. The leader of the Ansar branch in B******i terrorists, Mohammed al-Zahawi, has made the demands of the group clear. The group, Ansar al-Sharia (Partisans of Islamic Law), will not disarm until a state based on sharia is created. It started in B******i and, in the context of political chaos, built communal ties with groups in other areas, and changed its name, claiming to be a national movement."
Does anyone else see a problem with this?
