Perhaps not, but, simply claiming that Trump engaged in a i**********n is not a sufficient reason to bar him from office. The "constitutional scholars" totally ignore the concept of innocent until proven guilty. Otherwise every single politician could be removed from office by simple accusations, founded or not, and likely would have already been removed by the opposing parties. Their claim that it would take 2/3rd's of congress to acquit Trump of something he was never charged with is stupid. If these two think of themselves as "constitutional scholars" then they need to be reassessed.

There is one major obstacle these so-called legal scholars overlooked.

Any officer of the United States must be officially charged with inciting or engaging in an i**********n and this requires a 2/3rds v**e in both houses of congress. That would require 66 senators and 290 reps. Ain't gonna happen for several reasons:

1) Contrary to l*****t propaganda, Trump did not incite or engage in an i**********n;
2) he hasn't been officially charged with inciting or engaging in an i**********n; and
3) with 269 Republicans and 261 democrats in congress (1 senate seat is vacant) and needing a total of 322 v**es,
its a nothing burger.

But the biggest obstacle is AG Garland and his weaponized justice department.
The gravely old fool is under the gun right now.
FBI and IRS whistleblowers are coming out of the woodwork and, not only are they really pissed off, they have evidence of Garland's obstruction of justice and perjury in the form of official documents, letters, memos, transcripts of testimony in congressional committee hearings, emails, tweets, and videos. Not to mention the outrage of millions of American v**ers, which is something elected officials pay close attention to.
