Why was appointing Weis special council needed? I thought Garland had given him all the power Weis needed to investigate H****r in any jurisdiction and go anywhere he needed to get information. Garland wasn't lieing about that was he? No not the attorney General. No way. So for what other reason would Garland do this.

MAGA scum? Really? Garland was supposed appoint Special Counsel outside of Administration and especially outside of DOJ That's why it's called SPECIAL counsel and NOT DOJ counsel..🙄🙄🙄..What he did was WRONG!!

It doesn't matter who appointed him. He set up the sweetheart deal for H****r that fell through.
Garland said that the initial investigations into H****r B***n were independent. Was that a lie? Why is there a special counsel poking around? The attorney general also said that Weiss had all the powers and tools to charge H****r B***n, another lie, and a peculiar one since it’s implied that Mr. Weiss could have charged the younger Biden in any jurisdiction. He would need a letter from Garland granting that authority. Is there a letter? Or did Merrick lie again, another top Biden official who should be subjected to impeachment for his reported role in interfering with the H****r B***n probes?
Also, this Special Counsel appointment by Garland isn't legal. Weiss is a US Delaware Attorney-a government employee.
