The help they need, I guess is more drugs to shoot up on their lovely home on the street. They make life miserable for honorable people trying to raise their families and soaking up our tax dollars. Someone has to clean up the mess daily and no one should have to do that

Kensington Ave. is about halfway between D.C. and Pedo Joe’s Rehoboth Beach palatial vacation home. He could stop by and determine a solution. OR, just pick up some cheap drugs for Huntee!
