Per the author, this is the third "dollar" war. The first was the war with Iraq, started shortly after Sadam sold a bunch of oil for euro's. The next was with Libya, who was proposing an entirely new currency throughout Africa. The problem with this war is that it can't be fought directly with Russia inside Russia.
Could the US really be that low???
