She should recuse but likely won't. Is there an unbiased judge in DC? Questionable. Certainly there is no non-partisan jury in a district that is 95% liberals living off Government checks. There is no actual provable legal case there. Trump will most likely be convicted anyway in DC, but, the conviction should get thrown out on appeals. If it gets that far. A judge should do the country a favor and throw the case out now. Another major overreach and hail mary from a corrupt administration that will likely backfire.

He will probably be found guilty of something in D.C.. The population there v**ed 95% for Biden. He will win on appeal.

Not likely. They want to keep him off the campaign trail and tied up in court. Which won't work as he will get more press than ever due to these indictments. They also want to claim he is ineligible to run since he would then be a convicted felon. Which also isn't true. He can try to run from prison if he wants to.

He will appeal clear up to the Supreme Court which follows the constitution and it will be thrown out. This whole persecution of Trump is to discourage v**ers not to v**e for him. Their motto is by any means possible.( To reach their desired result even if it's not legal.) This is literally e******n i**********e, and if they can cause dissent for the Supreme Court that's an added bonus as the conservative majority are strict consitutionalists.

Yes. Every indictment just energerizes Republicans. This over the top persecution of Trump is backfiring. All while the Democrats energy is tanking due to Biden family corruption, destructive economic and foreign policies, political attacks on our inalienable rights, parental rights and crime policies that are destroying the Black communities.

My biggest concern is not Trump vrs Biden. It is Trump vrs an as yet to be named democrat candidate. If that yet to be named candidate is Harris or Neusom then no problem. Someone else, who knows.

The biggest danger for either party is that the opposing party's candidate changes.

He needs more than Republicans to win, he needs Independents and maybe even some Democrats..I'm not sure he can win them over.. That's my problem..

At the moment the polls make it a tie. Polls predict popular v**e. Not e*******l college v**es. In a tie democrats lose a national e******nal. In a fairly run e******n they need at least a 3 or 4 point lead to win since so much of their support is consolidated in just a couple states like Calif and NY.

Trump doesn't have to win over Democrats or Independents. The Democrats are losing them in big chunks. Those jumping ship will stay home or jump party lines.
