The Palo Verde Nuclear Plant (about 30 miles West of Phoenix) has three reactors it was originally planned to have four, with the fourth one being a Breeder reactor which has the ability to recycle nuclear waste like France and Japan
President Peanut Carter banned the construction of breeder reactors as he claimed they produced about 1% of bomb-grade nuclear material...what an i***t!!!! the US Department of Energy maintains a supply of bomb-grade nuclear material for our nuclear missiles..they could certainly handle the storage and use of the 1%!
How many know that nuclear waste has lots of power in it, but morons have blocked it from being recycled and put back in a reactor!
Also the reactors in use today are 2nd or 3rd generation units? There are now 5th generation units that can not melt down, not maybe they can not down, it is impossible for them to melt down! But that matters not to a Marxist democrat. They want us all to set in the dark and wait for them to bring us candles.
