Most Americans oppose a******n after 15 weeks, except in cases of rape, incest, threat to mother's life..

I agree with Pence. Current medical science can not promise that a child is non-viable. If there is uncertainty, then the assumption should be on the side of life.
I WOULD, however, seriously consider a bill that would allow ANY woman who does not want a child, or an additional child, to irrevocably sign away ALL her parental rights to the child, in which case the government would take over all responsibility for paying for prenatal care and birth of the child, and the mother would never even hold be baby, and the state would then find a home for the child where he/she is wanted. As always, the devil is in the details, but as a concept I think the idea is well worth considering.

Uh-huh. Gov’t enforced pregnancy. And who actually believes the gov’t will take care of all pre-natal expenses?

A******n is wrong in almost all cases.

That being said, that doesn't mean we should enforce as near as possible, a zero tolerance policy. It might bring about political defeat and control by those that would k**l at will. The end result might/would be an major increase in a******ns by the k**l at will crowd.

That means, we need a more tolerant Republican stance, and a more restrictive liberal l*****t democrat attitude of k**l at will.

A******n numbers have plummeted even before Roe. The gov’t has no right to force a women to go through 9 months of pregnancy with a kid she either doesn’t want or can’t support. Not everyone believes a fetus is yet a person. According to Justices Thomas and Alito, next steps would be banning contraception and annulling gay rights. Some members of the current SCOTUS seems to think they’re the modern day Sanhedrin.

Where did you get the idea that doctors cannot determine if a baby in the womb is viable?

If there is any concern about the viability of the fetus, doctors can perform a Fetal Viability scan.
This test is usually performed between the 7th and 12th week of pregnancy. In addition ultrasound will detect heartbeat and circulation. Moreover, a live, healthy baby in the womb does not sit still, it kicks, thrashes, sucks its thumb, changes position. The mother, of course, is well aware of that.

And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the baby leaped in her womb.
And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit,
Luke 1:41

There is an average of 20,000 stillborn babies per year reported in the US. Or, 1 out of every 160 pregnancies.
A stillbirth is the death of a baby in the womb after week 20 of pregnancy. The reasons go unexplained for 1 in 3 cases. The rest may be caused by problems with the placenta or umbilical cord, high blood pressure, infections, birth defects, or lifestyle choices, such as drug and alcohol abuse, or injury.

Mike Pence is a coward, he should simply abandon political aspirations and retire to private life.

To hell with the Sanhedrin, in three rulings, strangely all occurring on the anniversary of the Stonewall uprising
and against the will of God, the US Supreme Court legalized homosexuality, overturned the Defense of Marriage Act,
and struck down the historic, age old, Biblical definition of marriage between one man and one woman.

American College of Pediatricians – March 2017

ABSTRACT: The predominance of human biological research confirms that human life begins at conception—fertilization. At fertilization, the human being emerges as a whole, genetically distinct, individuated zygotic living human organism, a member of the species Homo sapiens, needing only the proper environment in order to grow and develop. The difference between the individual in its adult stage and in its zygotic stage is one of form, not nature. This statement focuses on the scientific evidence of when an individual human life begins.

IOW, human females do not give birth to frogs.

You may have the right to violate the natural order of human life, but you do not have the right to force anyone to embrace your unnatural lifestyle, nor do you have the right to indoctrinate our children into perversions sanctified by the ancient pagan religions of Sumeria and Mesopotamia.

Is taking care of your kids 'gov't enforced' childcare? Raising a kid is a lot more expensive than birthing one. Is paying your legal taxes 'gov't enforced bill paying? The government enforces a whole lot of stuff. Why not pregnancy when a human life depends on it?

No Kemmer, neither one is supporting ending contraception or gay rights. Stop being stupid.

Gynecological science can positively guarantee a fetus is dead.
Even a mother would know something is wrong if the baby isn't moving.

Hahaha… “Legalized” homosexuality? What’s next, outlawing type AB blood? 😂

The AGs of 19 red states are demanding the personal medical records of all women leaving their state and going to blue states for a******ns or other reproductive care.
That’s going to generate swarms of lawsuits, obviously.
