So, if Smith was shot twice: was he the victim of something or was he fleeing the scene of a crime which he had perpetrated?
Regardless, Smith “passed out”, crashed and k**led a little boy while drunk and shot. That should be aggravated vehicular homicide…..not manslaughter. If that fool was fleeing the scene of a crime……murder one.
