Is that why the deficit tripled? I was wondering about that. Thanks for the clarification! My grocery bill was over $400.00 this week and it's just for the two of us empty-nesters. Gee! I wonder what the grocery bill will be in two weeks when we have to go back to town for more food and supplies?

The U.S. economy is taking a breath of relief as inflation cools, jobs and wages increase and unemployment stays low. Republicans continuously attack the Biden administration’s economic agenda, but For Facts Sake: “Bidenomics” is working – and it’s working especially well in states with predominantly Republican populations. MSNBC’s Ali Velshi says that Republicans' choice to vocally d**g Biden's economic policies but brag about the federal funding and nationwide economic victories that happened as a result simply makes them hypocrites.

So, spending money the government (taxpayers) does not have is your idea of economic policy?

If it works so well, let's do more of it, much more.
Paying loans off for the lazy, irresponsible, 30+ year old, advanced degree punks and r********ns to the democrat s***es would be a good, good start.

More like FJB me in the butt, daily, twice on Sunday.

strange thing for a Republican to whine about.. the former occupant of the oval in just 4 year accounted for 25% of the 30 plus trillion in our national debt..

And yet you will b***h about the man who is turning around the mess made by the former republican party.. all gone now except in name only.. long rest the republican party.. bring down the party of domestic terrorism..

Hey, PermaBlind, I wish you could thaw out enough from those harsh winters to realize how inane your comments are. Turning around the mess? The way I see it, the mess that started Jan 21, 2021, is getting worse by the month. I see the inflation rate is now getting down close to what it was when Biden took office. Great job. Also, I've noticed that, by emptying our petroleum reserves, he has gotten the price of gas down to just under twice what it was under Trump. And we are ever thankful for the mere five million i******s that have entered this Country since Biden has taken office. I wouldn't be surprised if Biden is awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for his work.

Hey, PermaBlind, I wish you could thaw out enough ... (show quote)

Inflation continues to rise while the rate is decreasing a bit. Prices are not deflating and likely will not. Wages have not kept up. I'm choking on my pittance SS. At this rate, I'll only get a new Bemer every 4 years instead of 3.

So having lower taxes and opening the economy back up earlier would good things.

That's the take I got, what was yours?
