We are talking about indictments that come under a heading of trump's failure to uphold the constitution, which is in reality the only job he has as president

When your Raw Story article starts out with Trump "stealing" documents we recognize the rest of the article is not even suitable for ass wipe. And there is precisely where I stopped reading.

Is that illegal now? Biden hasn't been "upholding the constitution" since the day he was inaugurated. Pen in hand, he destroyed our immigration policies and has been sued several times for illegal executive overreach with v******tion mandates and other matters beyond the scope of his executive powers.

So how do you describe his theft of classified documents? They were given to him? He borrowed them? He took what was his? Or one his early favourites, someone else scattered them around Mara a Lego?

Because, you SFM, you've got to prove an intent to steal.

This is not intent to steal. He got caught red handed. This is theft.

The trial will be interesting.

If the following is true, then how did President Trump manage to have so many boxes of documents sent to his home at Mar-a-Lago in the first place?

https://www.archives.gov/press/press-releases/2023/nr23-015
NARA General Counsel Gary M. Stern clarified a response that he had given during his January 31, 2023, interview with the Committee:

I stated at the interview that it was my recollection that NARA had not provided such assistance. Following the interview, I checked with my colleagues, and I was informed that, in fact, NARA did send staff members to the White House in the final weeks of the Trump Administration to assist with the move of the physical records (including artifacts), in coordination with the DOD team that NARA employed to t***sport the records from the White House complex to the National Archives. It is my understanding that this support was logistical in nature and did not involve providing records management guidance. In addition, NARA staff provided on-site t***sition support to the National Security Council. (The t***sfer of the electronic records was done by a different process that did not necessitate NARA staff to be onsite.)

Mr. Stern’s letter also described how this assistance was similar to the assistance that NARA had provided to the White House during the three previous P**********l t***sitions.

The packing of boxes and t***sfer of records from the White House to NARA at the end of each Administration is always managed and controlled by White House and NSC officials. While NARA routinely provides assistance, the NARA staff work under the direction of the White House.

In Canada evidently one is not require to be convicted in court of theft to be declared a thief. You SFM, you let your mockingbird mouth consistently overload your hummingbird ass. "Trump got caught" although it was known already what he had. Previous Case Law already declares him innocent. The Soviet style DOJ might well be preparing their own destruction.

Previous Case Law already declares him innocent. BS. You can’t just make things up.

Well yes you can, if you are a Trump supporter.

He stole. And you are ok with that.

But you are not ok with Biden’s thefts. Many Americans on OPP have said Biden is guilty. No court of law required.

Actually, Nimrod, SCOTUS probably determined the precedent case law over Bill Clinton's classified material retention.

Don't you yet understand the Marxist Left can't lose. It matters not if they win or lose their Soviet era KGB persecutions court cases of Trump. You're the perfect example of the simple-minded morons who are influenced by their dominant and masterful control of public opinion. They have to dirty up Trump as much as possible thru lies, inuendoes and phony crimes. You have constantly convicted Trump guilty before any trial. You are really pathetic to be so malleable.

And Trump disciples have consistently maintained that he is innocent of any crime while accusing Biden of such.

Trump is guilty. Seems you want the USA to be a dictatorship.

Trump supporters recognize the DOJ has been weaponized against Trump. You completely dismiss the collusion against him because it suits your evil purpose.

Information on Biden's crimes is being stonewalled by the DOJ. Congress, having oversight, is being told to piss off. What does that suggest to your little mind?
