Is There Any Question About Discriminating Against People On Aids Medications Donating Blood?

This one caught my eye, worries about LBGTQ people being discriminated against when they want to donate blood, WTF, keep your frigging blood if you have had to take aids medications. That isn't discrimination, that's just common sense.
Simple question that should be punishable with long long prison sentences if you lie, have you or anyone you have been with ever been diagnosed with aids or taken aids medications? If the answer is yes keep your frigging blood, we don't need it, it's to risky to give it to someone else.
