Because he does not get his way, Biden says the SCOTUS is not a normal court. I do not agree with all the decisions the court makes, even from some of the conservatives. However, it says a lot about the state of the nation when the POTUS says going by the Constitution is not normal.

I wasn't surprised that Thonas, a recipient of afrimative action, v**ed to get rid of it. I can't say enough bad about his desertion if his race and class. We need a mix if people getting educated in the US, not the almost sll white schools it was here before afernative action.

Thomas was a product of the quota system which was struck down by SCOTUS in 2009. Yale wanted 10% of its students in its incoming class of 1971 to be students of color. Others may call that Affirmative Action yet that policy devalues the hard work and excellent grades exhibited by minority students for entering Ivy League Schools to earn their degrees and embellish their resumes for future employment opportunities. It is not deserting one's race to better yourself and your station in life despite other peoples' views and the obstacles one might endure to attain that.
