I watched 54 seconds of the first link---and I have one thing to say:
If we spend so much more of our taxpayer's wealth on military uses, it's because we are defending the EU and others, so they can spend their wealth on their dependencies---their own people.

I have been researching this since the 60's. There is no joy in this. It sucks; but the t***h matters. We have to live reality; not what we wish is reality. Ignoring the t***h, got us in the mess we are in.
