He being black, he is all offended that the supreme court is somehow saying b****s are inferior when they say affirmative action based priority for college entrance exams is somehow saying black people are inferior.

There's a spin, they are saying that if they are not inferior there is no reason to favor them by choosing a black person with lower scores over another race that has higher scores.

Personally I think the need for an affirmative action is insulting, and sends a message that they can't compete on an equal playing field.

And here's Ketanji Jackson in a scathing dissent...look at the last line here, "the self evident t***h is that all of us are created equal"...

If that is so then there is no need to bestow any type of affirmative action favors for black student entries.

I have always had a problem with affirmative action programs since the 80's. They wreaked havoc with government contracts to the degree that a contract could be lost to another business because it was owned by a mexican or Vietnamese person. An employee I had that was a Laotian woman had her family's business in her name because of the "points" for being a woman, being Vietnamese, and being single gave her, there was no way to compete for contracts equally when their bids were skewed for so many factors.

Issues do not come down to which side you are on, and this one is a great example.

That is seriously faulty thinking that you can't split sides, being on one side or the other does not mean that you are stuck supporting every i***tic position they take.

AA can wreak havoc anywhere it is being practiced, if it means a more qualified person is passed over for a less [qualified] one. Who do you want performing that difficult and/or potentially life threatening surgery you must have.. flying/navigating the plane you/your family are passengers on.. and/or any of those other tasks where you obviously would want (and expect) to find/procure the best and most qualified person(s) available???
