I was Seeing Something That Was About The Viewing Window On The Submersible Being Rated To Only 1400 Feet

Apparently the company that makes the viewing window rated it out to 1400 feet, properly engineering out to the 12,500 that the Titanic is at would have cost them a lot more money, which they refused to pay.

That right there is getting into criminal misconduct to expose the public as customers to that...

The owner of the company who is on the "ride" is being exposed to an ultimate sort of justice

I probably did condense that a bit, sorry. I actually need to find and post the article.

But basically there is a viewing window that was engineered and tested out to 1400 feet, far short of the 12,500 that the titanic is resting at. To charge paying customers to go down to depths that are so ridiculously deeper than 1400 feet is criminal, literally.

The Oceangate Titan submersible has made two previous dives to the Titanic.

The whistleblower said it was 1300 meters. Still not enough

The submersible was not certified either. The sentiment seems to be that it would not have passed.

There are stories coming out that various people had safety concerns about the sub.

It turns out it's rated to 1400 meters, when the Titanic is sitting at 4000 meters...that my cognitively dysfunctional friend is about 2600 meters or somewhere around 8500 feet, enough to crush the submersible like a bug

I've warned you about the moron thing, so now I'll report it.

You're cognitively dysfunctional if you don't know the difference between meters and feet.

You can dish out the insults but can't take them can you you big cry baby.

Do you understand the dynamics of how pressing beyond the edge of dynamics like the astronomical pressures involved with extreme depth works?

Getting away with being on the edge doesn't mean you will keep getting away with it. Leaks develop, even a tiny leak would cause the pressure to crush the submersible. The stress of massive compression and relief of that pressure creates stress to flaws that weaken and fail. There was reason to believe that there were concerns about using the carbon fiber material because it is known to be weak in flawed areas.

All it would take is one big fart, a ripper that would change the barometric pressure inside by one fraction of a bar and they would be crushed so instantly there would be no awareness that a fart had ever been cut, that's how serious this schitt is.

Exactly, rated to 1300 meters and the Titanic is at 4000 meters
