This is what cleaning up police departments is all about, getting rid of bad cops, cops that are involved with cases of brutality and excessive force, cops that are involved in cop gangs. Say what you will, this is what needs to be happening all over the country, not just California.

Here's a T***h you can choke on Woody. In this age of L*****t lawlessness and the epidemic of Black crime, we need a huge increase in Law Enforcement beat downs and increased shootings. Since the criminals no longer respects LE, because of the panderings of the L*****t so called criminal justice agenda, it's high time criminals learn to fear Law Enforcement. There is also no just reason LE is forced to suffer foul verbal abuse from criminals. They ought to be allowed to give a verbal warning to an abusive person and if they continue the abuse, smack them across their mouth with a baton and shell their teeth like corn. If it continues as it now is anarchy will rule. Lawyers and politicians have destroyed our criminal justice system.

Nothing else will work unfortunately. My Father (1916-1988) grew up in St. Louis. He told me once that the cops that walked a beat were well respected members of the communities they served, were well known by everyone and they were sought out for advice on everything from baby formula to the stock market. A single cop walking a beat now in St. Louis wouldn't make it thru the night.

An easy 95% plus cops are good cops, and the good cops want the bad ones gone because they make all cops look bad.

The right acts like if we get rid of bad cops there won't be any good ones left...or nobody will want to be a cop anymore.

Those are completely stupid notions, police departments will be a better place when good cops no longer have to worry about covering for bad ones.

FYI, for half my military career I was a cop, started off in 1959 in the K-9 Corps. Max, 6F49, was my 4 footed German partner. The shelling corn incident was done by me on Okinawa while on town patrol. The reason was because I was attacked in a bar by a huge drunk sailor with a knife (the 7th Fleet had just come in for R&R) and I was scared. I was almost court-martialed.
