Trump saw nothing wrong with sending instructions to "his" attorney generals about who needed to be gone after, and all too often announcements would be made that big surprise, they were doing just that.

Trump saw nothing wrong with considering that the DOJ was under his control, which it most certainly is not.

You are missing the facts and examples I asked for. Opinion and the narrative do not count.

Like really, do you think they would want this a******n of the separation of powers to happen on Biden's watch, or would this be something that they see happening when a republican is president?

The idea of this is in direct conflict with everything the constitution is about, a separation of powers that can override any that should get out of hand. Already this is broken because the legislative has sided with republicans when it comes to much needed oversight on the executive.

As usual, bloviating without a shred of proof. We have come to expect it of you and other Liberals whose idea of research is to copy and paste and op ed from Raw Story.

Wood head. Who is in charge of the DOJ? I guess if it is independent of the President then you are telling me there is a 4th branch of government that is not even elected.

The Biden Justice Department is a corrupt joke.

DeSantis redistricted Florida v**er districts with black majority populations, thus shutting out black representation in the statehouse. And he got away with it.
Another casualty of gutting the V****g Rights Act.

This is something republicans have been talking about for awhile, and because you don't seem to know anything about it doesn't mean it isn't a thing.

They literally want the DOJ to come directly under the president to where they answer to him...not that trump didn't operate like that when he was president.

WHAT? Are you actually denying that the DOJ isn`t under Biden`s commands?? How stupid!!

Now now Woody, who wants to do away with the e*******l college, eliminate the filibuster rules in the senate, pack the supreme court, upgrade as many laws as possible to the national (vs. state or local) level, have all v**es simply 50% + 1, require minimal (if any) qualifications or identification to v**e, favor v****g methods that easily permit fraud, who want clean bills written by the opposite party and pork filled 3,000 page monstrosities for bills they sponsor?

They can take it to the Supreme Court like they did for the Alabama gerrymander case.

Surprise! The Supreme Court just handed down a significant victory for v****g rights
The Court’s new v****g rights decision is one of the most reassuring opinions it’s handed down in years.
