Then imagine the president of the United States getting his advice from that person and ignoring competent legal advice from good lawyers...we don't have to, trump has such an adviser, Tom Fitton, and he has listened to this fool's advice, or this i***t has listened to a fool's advice...
Trump had attorneys telling trump to just turn over all the documents that came from the white house...all of it. Meanwhile this i***t that trump seemed to believe, probably because he told him what he wanted to believe, told him no, you can keep these documents under the p**********l records act. The only part this Fitton fool didn't seem to understand is that there are a different set of rules and regulations dealing with classified documents, the more classified the stricter the regs and protocols.
This is part of why trump is singularly unfit to be in control of our country, he doesn't know how to begin to get or trust unbiased good legal or other advise

Look at a list of who trump has considered to be trusted advisers during his presidency, for trump the part where you listen to their advice is the part he is bad at. He has rarely had good ones, and he has never seemed to want to heed their advice when crunches come down. Every time an adviser felt strongly about something stupid trump was doing to where they contradicted him, that person was gone in a short time, not only gone but trashed on a personal level.
