The Narrative That Trump Is Innocent Based On P**********l Records Act Is Purely False...

It's one of the right wing things that every time someone repeats it they are repeating pure stupidity, people trying to put a context to it that does not exist...partially because regardless of what the PRA covers, trump violated other rules and regulations directly...The records act doesn't cover other felonies.

And the most relevant thing in the whole case has to do with the individual classified documents and what they cover, a confidential or even secret document is one thing, but top secret compartmentalized information that puts national security interests at risk in any way is another story.

Trump had information that could compromise any number of highly sensitive national security issues that there is no explanation for him to have, him even wanting it raises red f**gs.

When the p**********l records acts are talked about, and presidents getting documents and other items back for their p**********l libraries we are not talking about super sensitive documents.

Another way to put this is to say so what if he is innocent of violations pertaining to the p**********l act if other statutes were violated? The other statutes stand as the charges by statute numbers.

How do you know what the documents with "classification markings" actually contained? Nobody really knows, all you "know" is what was leaked by an unscrupulous lawyer, Smith, who has been proven to overstep his authority and withhold exculpatory evidence.
