Not at all! And there’s a price to pay for that kind of disobedience. I too, succumb to the urge to lash out at the other side sometimes. But my point was that rr is particularly nasty.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The Dead Sea scrolls are ancient. Science proves me right. God gave us choice of what to trust.

Bible thumpers believe that all of humanity originated from Noah, that God stopped the sun from rotating around Earth for a battle to be won. That difference in language was a result of a tower being built and those that do not believe this will burn for eternity.

Science has not found a soul or proven reincarnation so neither of us knows.

We have a choice in what to believe but we do not know.

Good grief science doesn’t prove you right. Science has no clue on the matter

Why are you trolling here?

Why are you trolling about Christianity here? Not content to merely troll about the US?

What do think is trolling?

Could it be anyone who disagrees with the majority on OPP?

No, you are being purposely derogatory because you’re a bigot. There’s no shortage of those on OPP.

You should confine your noxious trolling to Main

If I happen to reincarnate into a woman who choose to abort no big deal. The being or soul does not die.

It probably would not have been a good situation. So win win.

What do I know about the Abrahamic religions?

I was indoctrinated from the time I was a child until I came of age in the fables. My parents were lay pastors, our life revolved around church.

And the Bible states that life enters and leaves the body through the breath. In with your very first breath, out with your very last.
If I happen to reincarnate into a woman who choose... (show quote)
The breath of which you speak is God breathed, it is not the first breath of air a baby takes after birth.
God's breath is the spirit of life.

Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.
Genesis 2:7

Thus says the Lord God to these bones, "Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord.”
Ezekiel 37:5-6

“If He should determine to do so,
If He should gather to Himself His spirit and His breath,
All flesh would perish together,
And man would return to dust."
Job 34:14-15

There is no proof that a divine entity actually inspire it.

Man has created thousands of religions, all man made. Or all real for those that believe.
Do you have any background in science, science philosophy or the history of science?
Do you have any faith in science?
Do you even know what science actually is?

I am a Christian and have been a student of science since I was a boy.

It may shock you that Judeo-Christianity gave birth to modern science. The founders of modern science based their research and explorations on the concept of a divine Creator - Copernicus, Galileo, Johann Kepler, Max Planck, Isaac Newton, Pasteur, Pascal, Descartes, Lord Kelvin (William Thompson), Robert Boyle, Michael Faraday, James Joule, Einstein, to name a few.

Many if not most of the major branches of science were founded by Bible-believing Christians. It is intriguing that the five greatest physicists in history--Newton, Faraday, Thompson, Maxwell, and Einstein--were each outspoken in their belief that the universe was placed here by a Creator. Furthermore, four of the five were staunch Christians with firm convictions that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God.

"Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind."
Albert Einstein

Toward the end of the 19th century, after Darwin published his tome on the Origin of the Species, many scientists rejected the idea of a Creator, and science became materialistic and it became the platform for proof of God's non-existence. In 1953, Stanley Miller and Harold Urey conducted their famous (or infamous) experiment at U of Chicago. It was an attempt to recreate the primordial soup from which Darwin assumed life had begun. They stimulated this soup with electricity. The experiment managed to create 3 enzymes, 18 enzymes short of those necessary to form the proteins for a living cell.

At the same time (1953), James Watson and Francis Crick discovered the DNA double helix, and this was a game changer. A paradigm shift occurred in the fields of science. Now, with the advancement in knowledge, methods and science technology, scientists all over the world realize Darwin's theory is dead and that intelligent design, a Creator is far more plausible.

Here is a quote from "Evolution: A Theory in Crisis" by Geneticist Michael Denton:
“To grasp the reality of life as it has been revealed by molecular biology, we must magnify a cell a thousand million times until it is twenty kilometers in diameter and resembles a giant airship large enough to cover a great city like London or New York. What we would then see would be an object of unparalleled complexity and adaptive design. On the surface of the cell we would see millions of openings, like the port holes of a vast space ship, opening and closing to allow a continual stream of materials to flow in and out. If we were to enter one of these openings we would find ourselves in a world of supreme technology and bewildering complexity.”

I'm sure you will ignore this, the information and concepts discussed are obviously way over your head, but just in case you can come out of your secular bubble, here Peter Robinson of the Hoover Institution interviews three eminent scientists, Stephen Meyer, John Lennox, and Michael Behe on the Evidence for a Creator.

And here is a follow up from a former atheist whose marriage almost ended in divorce when his wife became a Christian. The Case for a Creator A movie was produced based on his story.
